注1:工具类0,1为代码少,2为设置请求头发送,3为2的补充,工具类都可发送Get、Post
注2:如频繁使用Http请求(多线程)建议使用连接池发送 java:HTTP连接池,设置代理
注3:发送链接一定要加协议头http/https ClientProtocolException报错
