# JetBrains激活常见问题

# 如果你是小白建议全卸载IDEA

问题1：按教程配置后双击应用无反应

配置插件的时候，你放置插件的位置和路径是一致的，且要是英文的路径。就像下面截图这样！

如果你配置错误的话，是无法重启IDE的，这个时候了。

windows的都是在这个路径里，提示：AppData是一个隐藏文件夹 。 哈,可以在文件管理中输入找到对应版本的配置

像macOS系统的话，一般是这样的，找到这个文件后删除有配置:-javaagent的路径。哈

检查agent配置路径，确保路径正确，如果确认路径没有问题无法打开,则先去掉agent，正常打开后，参考下面

问题2：Test Connection，出现No response

1. 确认vmoptions文件中添加的jar地址路径和你下载到本地文件路径一致。
2. 确认编辑好配置文件后，重启了软件。
3. idea启动时会指定，比如windows 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下后缀名为的文件。 可以先去掉 然后 在idea内部编辑 Help->Edit Customer VM Options 。
4. 部分同学可能已经不能正常打开idea，可以尝试到 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下直接改后缀名为的文件，然后重启激活。

问题5：Key is invalid Help

一般就是你之前激活成功教程过了，这个时候你要打开xxx.exe.vmoptions这个文件，把你之前配置过的，一般是最后一条，删了就好了。这个文件像windows的话，都是在这里的，看截图：

像macOS系统的话，一般是这样的，找到这个文件后删除有配置:-javaagent的路径。

然后再重启IDE，这样再次输入激活码就不会出现：Key is invalid Help 的错误了。

如果上述操作还不能激活（之前安装过VB脚本的，需要卸载掉）参考完全卸载IDEA

# 关于JetBrains一些小常识

以Idea windows为例，安装后在系统盘 会存放软件优先加载文件

可以查看Idea运行日志

可以看到一些启动日志

其中包含 idea.config.path 配置路径

idea.system.path 系统路径

idea.plugins.path 插件路径

idea.log.path 日志路径

# JetBrains启动优先级配置

windows 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下后缀名为的文件

MacOSX平台下通过日志文件可以看到

启动时先读取bin目录下的：/Applications/IntelliJ IDEA.app/Contents/bin/idea.vmoptions

相当于还是优先从${idea.home.path}的bin目录下加载了idea.vmoptions

再读取(就是idea内部菜单编辑的自定义配置文件)：

-Djb.vmOptionsFile= /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1/idea.vmoptions

这里的配置会跟前面读取的合并，通过jvm参数可以看到

MacOSX平台下的缺省值：

idea.config.path = /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1

idea.log.path = /Users/xxxx/Library/Logs/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1

如果之前有使用过激活过，本地会有缓存，直接找对应的用户缓存目录下 对应idea版本删除
