【拜耳HR Mobility Intern】
Major Responsibilities:
1. Paperwork (prepare some documents) and filling
2. Support on work permit & residence permit application for foreigners
Communicate to foreigner
Work with immigration agency and prepare related documents
Maintain the permit data and filling
3. Support on relocation payment/ rental payments
4. Maintain and keep the accuracy of the expat related data in HR database
5.other related routine/ administration work
Knowledge/ skills/ competence
Working time: At least 3 days per weeks, for 6 months
Requirement:
Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication skills both written and verbal
Good organization skills, detail oriented
proactive work attitude and Consumer-Service
Orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Document like
Word and Excel
