图书管理系统（C语言、链表）

    用链表实现一个简单的图书管理系统，每本书的信息包括书名、ISBN、价格，程序包括录入、查询（书名查询和ISBN查询）、添加、删除和输出功能

为了方便美观，我添加了菜单函数，通过choose()调用菜单函数。
    这个代码只包含了图书管理系统的基本功能，如果需要其他功能，在这个基础上自行添加即可。比如这个代码没有设置退出选项，只有异常退出，即输入指令错误才能退出。
