摘要:本文介绍了KK-200铝合金散热器产品的零件清洗、芯体组件的装配、钎焊等工艺过程。该产品是一种特殊结构的铝制板翅式换热器,具有紧凑度高,重量轻、传热效果好等优点,但是该产品芯体组件的真空钎焊一次焊接合格率低,只能达到30%。为了提高真空钎焊的一次合格率,通过多次试验,制订了特殊的零件前处理工艺、装配工艺和钎焊工艺,最终将芯体组件的一次焊接合格率提高到了89%。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process of parts cleaning, assembly of core and svacuum brazing of the KK-200 aluminum alloy radiator. The product is a special kind of aluminum plate fin heat exchanger, Have advantages of high compactness, light weight, good heat transfer effect, etc., However, the vacuum brazing of the core component of the product is low at one time and can only reach thirty pesent.
